Meet our leader; Margaret “MJ” Jarrett, the President-CEO of TLI Enterprises, LLC (TLI). MJ is a proven executive with a track record of greater than 35 years’ experience driving satisfaction and growth for both employees and clients. MJ’s leadership achievements have reached levels of C-suite and executive roles for IT industry leaders. Throughout her career, MJ has achieved positions growing in responsibility garnering a reputation of taking care of her employees while exceeding clients’ needs and expectations. Her career began as an individual contributing engineer at AT&T. Based on the advice of a mentor early in her career, she fused her technical expertise and natural leadership talent with a degree in business to begin her professional leadership journey. Each successful leadership step resulted in executive positions with market leaders such as; General Dynamics Network Systems (now known as GDIT) as the Director of Enterprise Solutions, then Vice President at NCI Information Systems Inc., she co-led the Virginia growth for Praxis Engineering as Director-VA Emerging Markets.

She excels in leading multimillion-dollar portfolios for the Federal Government with an Intelligence Community focus. She is a result driven executive leader with proven experience leading business portfolio operations management with a unique perspective of loyalty and distinct leadership style. From team lead roles to managing contracts and programs in the Intelligence Community she quickly rose through the ranks of leadership from PM, to Director, Vice President, then GM-COO to now, owning her own business where in each position she has built high performing quality teams that exceed customer expectations.

While the company was founded in October of 2012, in the Spring of 2018, she found herself blessed with the opportunity to fully launch TLI and work for herself full-time to build her vision of a company. Based on her expertise, she has modeled best practices using her process improvement expertise combined with her empowering leadership style and proven strong work ethic to create a truly unique organization.
