The leaders at TLI are very passionate about paying their blessings forward. They are strong believers in sharing the blessings they’ve achieved with those in need. At, TLI our employees are empowered to help make a difference in the world by working together to support local and worldwide charitable initiatives. Employees are encouraged to self-identify and nominate charitable fundraising initiatives or missions they have a personal passion about.
